Zbrush Quick Sketch

  

ZBRUSH QUICK SKETCH

    I was trying to figure out how to  use Z-brush for illustrations because there is a drawing plugin in there somewheres where you can draw. I couldn't find it, but I found something else in the z-plugins!  It'
s called Quick Sketch. It is another 2-d sketching plugin. It allows you to roughly sketch out any ideas that come along the way when you're modeling. You'll will find it in  Zplugins>QuickSketch. 

    You click on the square and it will give you a canvas to sketch into with tools like the picture below.

    Symmetry will already be turned on by default, so if you don't like that you can turn it off by pressing the X key.  There are also a few tools that are only in QuickSketch. Go into the brush palette and they will be named "Pen" following whatever type of pen it is. For example "Pen Sketch". I assume that brush would be for sketching.

I found them from Lightbox>Brushes>Pen 

    If you are wanting to save your quick sketch you can save it as a Z-tool or export it as an image file!

    That's all I figured out about this plugin and what it can do. It could probably do more, but I would have to look deeper into that.
